12-month warranty on installations
Boilers, air conditioning and air source heat pumps are all covered for 12 months, direct from the shop.

Gas Safe registered, F-Gas registered, ComCat 1, 2, 3 and 5, APHC member with a Water Regulations qualification.
Straightforward payment
£75 diagnostic call-out. Larger installs are taken on a 20% deposit with the balance on completion.
Approved installer for Vaillant and Worcester Bosch, with other boiler brands fitted on request. Air conditioning across all major brands — we rate Mitsubishi, but the choice is yours.

Are you Gas Safe registered?+
Yes. BLU Plumbing Limited is Gas Safe registered for domestic and commercial gas work, F-Gas registered for air conditioning, and holds ComCat 1, 2, 3 and 5 commercial catering gas qualifications. We are also APHC members with a Water Regulations qualification.
How much does it cost to get someone out?+
Quotes are free. Where a fault needs diagnosing, the diagnostic call-out fee is £75. Fixed-price quotes are available once the job has been seen and properly assessed.
How quickly can you attend an emergency?+
For boiler breakdowns and gas leaks within roughly 15–20 miles, we typically respond within the hour during working hours.
Do you guarantee your work?+
Every installation — boilers, air conditioning and air source heat pumps — carries a 12-month warranty provided directly from the shop.
Which boiler and air conditioning brands do you fit?+
We're an approved installer for Vaillant and Worcester Bosch, and fit other brands on request. For air conditioning we install and maintain all major brands, with a personal preference for Mitsubishi — the final choice is always yours.
Do you cover landlord gas safety certificates?+
Yes. We issue Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) for domestic and commercial properties, covering both mains gas and LPG.
How do payments work on larger jobs?+
Boiler installations and air conditioning systems are taken on a 20% deposit, with the balance due on completion. Finance options such as Klarna are not currently offered.
