BLU Plumbing Limited was founded by Ivan Kondov, a Gas Safe registered engineer with 16 years of hands-on experience. ComCat 1, 2, 3 and 5 qualifications cover catering appliances, pipework and interlock systems, and multiple care home contracts have been delivered on that basis. F-Gas registration covers air conditioning and heat pump work, so cooling, heating and gas can all be handled by the same firm rather than three separate contractors.
